Refund policy
Please read the entire policy. We do not offer refunds on any of our products however we will gladly exchange your order for another product or equal or higher value. We must be notified of the need for a return within 3 days after receiving your product. Returns must be sent back to us promptly.
In addition shipping charges are not reimbursed. All items must be in their pristine original condition with all packaging attached/returned. Buyers are responsible for all reshipping fees, and all items must have insurance and delivery confirmation. Please contact us right away if there is an issue with your purchase so we can resolve it quickly and before leaving feedback as we want your online shopping experience to be a good one.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
